Congresses and meetings are important for Stockholm

International congresses and academic meetings strengthen Stockholm's innovative power. They play an important role in attracting research, talent and investment, while strengthening the image of Stockholm as a leading, attractive and sustainable world-class city.

Stockholm Business Region is the city's official Convention Bureau. A convention bureau (CVB) is a non-profit organisation that provides free and neutral support to those wishing to arrange an international congress or conference in the region where it operates.

Both I, the scientific director and all other stakeholders in our organisation were very pleased with the choice of Stockholm. We found the local suppliers to be very professional and it was a pleasure to collaborate with them. I would also like to highlight the valuable support we received from Stockholm Business Region.
