As part of Stockholm ImpACT Days and ahead of the Chef of the Year (Årets Kock) Final on October 1, we invite chefs, restaurateurs, producers, policymakers and industry leaders to explore the future of Swedish gastronomy. The afternoon brings together Swedish and international chefs and decision-makers for inspiring conversations, panel discussions, shared experiences and new collaborations, moderated by Robert Nilsson, Chef of the Year 1998 and CEO of Maryhill Estate.
