Codifying Complexity: The Rolling-out of Artificial Intelligence and the Governance of Discretionary Planning. A guest lecture at KTH examining AI’s role in planning. Based on interviews, it shows that AI has not resolved key dilemmas in decision-making and may reinforce existing challenges. The talk explores future reform paths for aligning AI and planning systems.
